This time of year is very nice, everything is blossoming and the countryside has exploded with fresh young grass and leaves. I really enjoy it. On my daily walk, I see a lot of rabbits and an occasional hare hopping and running in the grass. They are so cute, fluffy, and fast! Here are 6 3D printed examples of designers who got inspired by these animals.

Tool Moon aim to make the production of lighting elements easier, using 3D printing and the internet, You can download their Low Poly Stanford Bunny Lamp from Cults and 3D print it yourself.

The Rabbit Bracelet designed by Ineke Otte is 3D printed with recycled nylon, Otte received the D-Day Public award in the Netherlands and the Sheriff de Mode award in Paris, on her work with 3D printing back in 2012.

Architect Artur Dabrowski tells stories through 3D printed jewelry. His shop Multiply Like Rabbits showcases jewelry using rabbits to transmit thoughts, feelings, and naivety. The Rabbit Necklace and Rabbit Ring (below and up top) are 3D printed in high-resolution wax and cast using the lost wax method.

Danny van Ryswyk, influenced by the supernatural, constructs detailed digital sculptures which are 3D printed and hand painted.

Bunny-Squared is an autologlyph, a 3D printed sculpture composed of 72 copies of the word bunny, by Craig S. Kaplan and Henry Segerman.
