Can you feel it? Spring is in the air!
I can certainly feel it when I am outside enjoying the first warm sun rays on my back. Imagine this: I live in an area that is very rich in plants, grasses, and trees. Being outside in this green landscape is great, hiking is fantastic and cycling (for example on this sunshine golden 3D printed bike, designed by Urwahn) feels like flying.
I feel great… I am enjoying the wind in my face… I feel the spring exploding in my head! My eyes start getting wet, my nose starts running, my spring allergies are just in time. Lucky for me, James Plimmer created this super-smart inhaler. Thanks to 3D printing (also see top image), Plimmer was able to create the best design for improving the user’s posture when using the inhaler by encouraging them to raise their chin. This helps to open up the throat and maximizes the flow to the lungs.
So, back home, I find my boys jumping up and down on the trampoline, with their favorite music blasting from these super cute 3D printed hacked IKEA speakers. It almost looks like the speaker is jumping with them as well.
Yes, spring is in the air and I like it! But now it is time to go inside, it’s not that warm yet… Maybe I can continue with my annual spring cleaning? These 3D printed clothes racks really invite me to re-organize my summer outfits.
Feel free to share your vision of the first spring day! What kind of 3D printed objects would you use?
